The new technology has the following significant advantages :(1) the molding sand does not contain coal and other carbonaceous materials and organic materials.Energy conservation, basic elimination of harmful gas pollution, great reduction of dust pollution and solid waste discharge;(2) improve casting surface quality, internal quality, size accuracy and high yield;(3) good reusability, low sand consumption and low cost;(4) this project is applicable to the production of cast iron parts with manual and machine moulding.
