Know India-SA highlights Sir Jadeja style

Ravindra Jadeja, commonly known as Sir Ravindra Jadeja is a man with bags full of sarcasm and jokes, whose tweets every eye must have passed through. Hang on a bit, here I am talking about tweets from a parody account named after him. The twitter handle with the name @SirJadeja has some of the best sarcastic tweets after KRK’s profile. He has his own way to tell a story, let’s have a look how Sir Jadeja (parody account) expressed his emotions on India’s dismal batting performance against South Africa into the Barabati Stadium, Cuttack during the second Twenty20 international.

His first tweet in this match started in full swing with Rohit Sharma, when India was almost collapsing and South Africa was chasing the winner trophy. And finally that moment came where Indian team very cordially gave an invitation to their audience’s who could raise fingers on them.

This post of him is weird and kind of ‘wanna be’ who want to go back to the team. But let me remind him that jo hota acche ke liye hota. At least he has the opportunity to tweet about the loss of the team. India rolled out in just 17.2 overs, to record their second-lowest total in T20 internationals, after being defeated at 74 runs only by Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in February 008.

But as soon as the match turned out to be India’s failure, fans vented their fury by throwing water bottles from the galleries. What to say about the government rule, Odisha has banned the use of small bottles but not the big bottles unlike other states (as reported in HT).

Then suddenly that awkward moment came when there were bottles all around leaving no injuries to the players. Sir Jadeja in his sarcastic way tweeted this and even compared the situation with our beloved Pakistan opponents.

SirJadeja even tried to stop this instigating bottle violence but could not help it out instead came to a conclusion that may be the spectators were Modi supporter or ask Dhoni to look for better options to survive on the field.

After this tousled match between India and South Africa it was the time to raise questions on the captaincy of India, like it happens whenever India losses. But this time it was more aggressive because SA won the match by 6 wickets and 672 bottles (Pun Intended). Now it was the turn of Dhoni, who came to the picture, but being a cricketer SirJadeja has a full respect for his country and his co-cricketers. His later tweets were full with providing supports and giving cheers to the Indian team. After all, this is a game in which winning and losing is the part and parcel of life.

Disrespect to Ghulam Ali or Jagjit Singh?

Another nail in the coffin of democracy! The ties between India and Pakistan are getting stronger, in terms of hatred. Day by day this disgust is increasing; adding on to this is the latest demand for stopping all cultural ties. Ghulam Ali, a Pakistani ghazal singer was forced by Shiv Sena to cancel his event in Mumbai on October 9. The protest led by Shiv Sena resulted in the cancellation of the show by the noted singer and say no to all his music love to spread in India.

This is not the first time that any Pakistani person is asked to put their step back. The same case happened with Atif Aslam’s concert in Ahmedabad & Pune. Why most of the time singers and performers are barred from executing their talent.

Let me remind you that Ghulam Ali was the one of the maestro from Lahore who rendered thumri and chaiti at the music fest, held every year since 1923 as part of Hanuman Jayanti celebrations at Sankat Mochan temple in Varanasi. Why was that not considered for cancellation? If Mumbai can give shade to all the Pakistani underworlds then what is the harm in spreading the music love in the air.

All these activities are so shameful that what an image we are creating in front of the Goddess divine soul of music. This is what Ustad Ghulam Ali also had to say about it. He is not angry but hurt for in love, such controversies shouldn’t happen; they spoil people’s sur. calling music Allah, God, Bhagwan, he said that he has always received lot of love in India and that this concert was going to be “a tribute to Jagjit Singh,” who was like a brother to him. So, this incident has not only dishonourable to a Pakistani singer but was also disrespect to an Indian Ghazal legend, Jagjit Singh. Don’t bound art by boundaries of land- the only advice to Shiv Sena.

I came across this ad recently and frankly though I have come across similar ads in the past but the background score was something that clicked me and of course the overall tiny factors like the lights, the character, the expressions was something long lasting and left an impression. Your thoughts may vary but this lufthansa ad is worth a watch especially when you would be away from your near ones on Diwali.

Companies who inspire Google’s logo

Today morning the first thing that came to your notice, apart from your wife bringing tea for you, boyfriend’s messages in your phone, was the revamped and more creative logo of Google. Since 17 years, it had followed the tradition of putting same colours with changes either in its typography or putting shadow effects making the text bold or light. But this time Google has introduced a new logo and brought more reality to it through its video effect showing how it works. Google magic is working for us since years and this time it has updated from single desktop browser page to the world of seamless computing across an endless number of devices.

Apart from the only logo the other thing that got a life was the colourful Google mic, which helps to identify and interact with Google whether you’re talking, tapping or typing. Meanwhile, when we bid adieu to the little blue “g” icon with a four-color “G”, there were companies who got inspired and changed their logo too.

Heineken, a Dutch brewing company winked at new Google logo with smiling E.  They tweeted with new logo played on same colours as that by Google.

Other being an International company Luscombe Lettings, known for dealing with properties has also tried their best to play with their logo.

Earlier on the list were Motorola which itself is owned by Google, in 2013 got inspired by our Google baba and experimented with symbol M enclosed within rainbow colours.

With this, we can conclude that under the guidance of CEO Sundar Pichai, the company has entered the world of being the most creative. We can hope to witness more lively and innovative experiments on our way. This is one such beginning, better is yet to come!

A memorable smile of a Mother

Mother Teresa, from the community of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta was a very simple girl like anyone of us, but her workings were out of box.She was an ethnic Albanian who was named as Anjeze Gonxhe Bojaxhiu in which gonxhe means ‘rosebud’ or ‘little flower’ in Albanian. (So apt to her behaviour). From 1910 to 2015 every child is aware of the deeds performed by her and for the people. We have been listening to angel stories from childhood she was the real example of them. She was the angel on Earth for all those small babies who had tears in their life. She was the saviour of life for her wholehearted free service to the poorest of poor. Her Missionaries of Charity, a Roman Catholic religious congregation, which in 2012 consisted of over 4,500 sisters and is active in 133 countries, is one such great work done by her.

All the work resulted her to be honoured in the form of Nobel Peace Prize, by every individual across the world. Peace is one such word, which can be found anywhere or cannot be searched even when moving from East to West or from North to South. So, her belief was that Peace is eternal and is present within an individual, just one has to peep inside themselves.The only mother who cared so much for her children born of different parents.

I know all these information are available with the very talented person on Earth (Google) but every time we say about Mother Teresa adds more stars to her. We wish on her 105th birthday by taking a step to learn not from all her qualities but at least from one of her quality and make it ours!

जीतने वाले अलग नहीं होते, वो हर काम अलग तरीके से करते हैं

तस्वीर में नज़र आ रही इस महिला का नाम टिफैनी पोस्टेरैरो है. इन्हें विटिलिगो नाम की बीमारी है. इस बीमारी के प्रभाव से शरीर पर पीले धब्बे पड़ जाते हैं. पहले तो 24 साल की टिफैनी ने लोगों और सामज की वजह से अपनी इस बिमारी को छिपाने के लिए पूरे बदन को कपड़ों और मेकअप से ढ़कने का रास्ता अख्तियार किया और इस दौरान उन्होंने गर्मी जैसे मौसम की भी परवाह नहीं की पर बाद में उन्होंने जो कदम उठाया वो काबिले तारीफ है.
अमेरिका के न्यूयॉर्क से सटे ब्रुकलिन से होने के बावजूद उन्होंने बीकनी को अपने से दूर रखा, खुद टिफैनी ने बताया कि उनके लिए पूल पार्टी तो बहुत दूर की बात थी.
उनको ये बीमारी सात साल की उम्र में ही लग गई थी. 11 साल की उम्र से इस बीमारी का प्रभाव बढ़ने लगा और टिफैनी को समाज और लोगों के क्रूर कमेंट्स का सामना करना पड़ा. उनके एक क्लासमेट ने उन्हें यह तक कह दिया कि उनकी इस बीमारी की वजह से लड़का उन्हें डेट नहीं करना चाहता.
काफी दिनों तक खुद को ढ़ककर रखने और मेकअप के सहारे अपनी बीमारी को छुपाने के बाद उन्होंने तय किया कि वे अब इससे अलग तरीके से निबटेंगी और उन्होंने बोल्ड स्टेप लेते हुई लोगों तो जवाब देने का नया तरीका निकाला.
दरअसल उन्होंने अपनी बीमारी के नाम का टैटू अपने शरीर पर गुदवा लिया. उन्होंने लिखवाया, “It’s called Vitiligo जिसका कि मतलब है कि इस बीमारी को विटिलिगो कहते हैं.” उनका कहना है कि ऐसा उन्होंने इसलिए किया क्योंकि वे लोगों को जवाब देकर थक गई थीं. वे चाहती थीं कि लोग उनका उपहास करने के बजाय उनकी स्थिति को समझें. उन्होंने इससे आए बदलाव के बारे में बताते हुए कहा कि लोग अब उनसे उनकी बीमारी के बारे में नहीं बल्कि उनके टैटू के बारे में पूछते हैं जिससे लोगों को इस बीमारी के बारे में जानने का मौका मिलता है और अब टिफैनी को इसे छुपाना भी नहीं पड़ता.

KRK’s Box office

How many of us remember Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK) from Bigg Boss 3 who got huge attention from his poem “Jackwa and Jillwa”, (his version of Jack and Jill). After that show his friends following numbers grew immediately. Now again he is making noise with his KRK Box Office reviews. He is self-proclaimed film critic and rate his review on the number of person watched it. A journalist’s pen is one that makes and breaks a person, in the same way Social media is such platform which brings a person in limelight or dumps them. What a Policegiri?

The word ‘Dabangg’ portrays the real meaning of Police in our society. They are not like Salman Khan who played the character of soft-hearted Chulbul Pandey in the movie, but a person with no emotions at all. I want to take you off to a fact which we all are aware of but fear to bring it on platform.

Policemen have the power to save people from corruption, but not to put their hands into corruption. Here I would like to quote a personal experience of a florist who has faced some same situations. “Policemen come and take plants and go away without paying their amounts”, said Alam, RenaazGarden, Sikanderpur. “This time one came and took away products of cost Rs 2000 and refused to pay a single pie,” he further added with annoyance. He was frustrated by the reaction and attitude performed by these Policemen but he can’t take any action against these authoritarians.

This is one such example but we have seen many times that these policemen travel in auto rickshaws or anything without giving fare. As if they have hired all transport system. We know they get travel allowance but why don’t they use it. By not using them they are putting these innocent employers life in danger.

Somebody has said, “koi bhi kaam chota ya bada nahi hota”, yes we have heard it most of the time in bollywood movies. But here, these people who drive autos, who are florist etc all those who are below poverty line are doing their best to lead a proper but not a sufficient life. Instead of taking away their money for which they are living, these policemen should try to help them by offering with some.

No doubt there are some exceptions and I’ve utter respect for them.

This EID, Pepsi would be “Lighting up Lives” in Pakistan

Eid is one of the most beautiful festival. After fasting from dawn to dusk for 29 days during the holy month of Ramzan, the festival of Eid brings the unmatched happiness. Festival is for everyone and the meaning of the festival is to spread light, happiness and yes of course the good food.

Eid means love; togetherness and Ads put it forth in one of the most attractive formats. It is also a favourable time for brands for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This ad by Pepsi is also on the similar lines. The ad shows that the used bottles should not be thrown away instead to use them to light up villages.

For every 1.75 litre bottle that one purchases in Pakistan, Re 1 would be donated for this eco-friendly project. The campaign promotes Pepsi Pakistan’s “Lighting up Lives” initiative.

No one can beat Coco-Cola in making attention grabbing advertisements. The ad is named ‘Roshini Banein Sabke Liye’. The idea of the ad is to promote happiness in the society by helping each other.
